When We Were Young 2023

Las Vegas was WILD for When We Were Young Fest Oct 21-22, 2023! This was our second year sponsoring the festival and we couldn't of had more fun.

When We Were Young Festival is a nostalgia-driven music event that celebrates the emo and pop-punk music of the 2000s, bringing together a lineup of iconic bands and artists from the era. Held in Las Vegas, Nevada, the festival offers fans a trip down memory lane with live performances of beloved hits and deep cuts. The festival's atmosphere is electric, filled with an air of nostalgia and camaraderie among attendees who share a love for the music and culture of their youth.

Before the fest, we sponsored the official pre-party at the Brooklyn Bowl where bands and artists bowled for the charity MusiCares and we hosted our incredible Avril Lavigne meet & greet with our fam that won our giveaway! During the event, the our BEATs team were engaging with guests, sampling, and collecting QR codes while we also had airbrush artists tatting up guests with the BeatBox logo to bowl and enjoy the show! 

The festival activation was a collaboration with another charitable organization, Punk Rock & Paintbrushes. Guests came to our activation to witness incredible art signed by a lot of the bands that they could bid on for charity as well as interact with our graffiti wall and make art of their own! Over the 2-day fest, we sold over 27,299 BeatBoxes!
