Yes! Every BeatBox is 100% recyclable. One of our core values as a company is to be eco-friendly & sustainable.
Is BeatBox carbonated?
No, our product is NOT carbonated.
Is BeatBox Gluten-Free?
Yes, we are 100% gluten free :-)
How much sugar is in BeatBox?
Our 11.1% Hard Punch is low calorie & low sugar at 8g per 5 oz serving. We also have a line of Zero Sugar 6% ABV party punch!
Does BeatBox contain artificial sugar?
BeatBox contains a mix of cane sugar & sucralose to keep the beverage low sugar and low calorie.
Does BeatBox contain caffeine?
No, BeatBox does not contain caffeine.
Does BeatBox contain gluten?
BeatBox is made without gluten ingredients, however it is not produced in a licensed gluten-free production facility. Many celiacs have consumed BeatBox without issues, however it is not officially listed as “gluten free.”
Is BeatBox carbonated?
No, BeatBox is not carbonated -- however it tastes great with a splash of lemon-lime soda or sparkling water!
Is BeatBox vegan?
Yes, they are made without animal ingredients!
Does BeatBox contain any caffeine?
No, our products do not contain caffeine.

What’s the shelf life for BeatBox?
After extensive shelf life trials, the shelf life has been proven to be greater than >2 years. At this time the color and flavor intensity, not the safety of the product, is affected. This is why we include the Julian code but not a set expiration on our products, consistent with other similar wine products.

My package was returned to sender, why didn’t I get a refund?
We DO NOT offer refunds if your alcohol order is returned to us. We feel that 3 attempted deliveries is an ample opportunity to take delivery. We are charged an additional $20 for all returned packages that are not delivered after 3 attempts and another $20 if we want to attempt delivery again, so we can not offer refunds on account of this unless you are willing to pay the extra $40 worth of charges. We will of course offer refunds or replacements for any products that are damaged or below satisfaction.
